When completed it will be the only one of its kind IN THE MIDWEST! Pamela Terhune is announcing her ambitious endeavor to build a huge, no-kill, Grateful Rescue & Sanctuary in Muncie, Indiana. Pamela partnered with the highly regarded Best Friends Animal Sanctuary in Utah to make her dream come true.
